This document explains how users can request deletion of personal data for Learn English by Video LazyEng — the app listed on Google Play and the App Store, referred to as LazyEnglish inside the app itself.
Settings → Account → Delete Account. The account is closed immediately: sign-in stops working, all sessions are terminated and push notification tokens for your devices are removed.

Account Deletion RequestWe may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
Closing the account removes your access, your sessions and your device tokens.
Uploaded media, generated subtitles, the personal dictionary and watch history are erased on request: write to the address above and we remove them within 30 days.
Records we must keep for legal, tax, fraud prevention or security obligations are retained and, where possible, anonymised.
Deletion requests are processed within 30 days, unless legal obligations require longer retention for specific records.
Residual copies in encrypted backups may remain for a limited time until backup rotation completes.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google. Deleting the account does not cancel them — cancel in the App Store or Google Play first, otherwise billing continues.
